سياسة الاستخدام المقبول (AUP)

١. الاستخدامات المقبولة

المنصة مصممة للاستخدام في سياق طبي قانوني:

• إدارة حجوزات المرضى والمواعيد.
• حفظ وتنظيم ملفات المرضى الطبية.
• التواصل مع المرضى عبر البوت الذكي والإيميلات.
• طباعة وإرسال الروشتات الرسمية.
• تتبع الإيرادات وإنشاء تقارير.
• استخدام AI Health Insights كأداة مساعدة للطبيب.

٢. الاستخدامات الممنوعة

أ. القانونية والأخلاقية

• أي نشاط غير قانوني تحت القانون المصري أو الدولي.
• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للغير.
• التشهير، الاحتيال، التهديد، أو الإساءة.
• استخدام المنصة لأغراض سياسية أو عنصرية.
• التمييز بناءً على جنس، دين، عرق، أو توجه جنسي.

ب. الأمنية والتقنية

• محاولة اختراق النظام أو الوصول لحسابات تانية.
• Reverse engineering، decompilation، أو disassembly للنظام.
• رفع malware، viruses، أو أي كود ضار.
• محاولات DDoS أو إيقاف الخدمة.
• Scraping تلقائي غير مُصرّح به للبيانات.
• استخدام scripts أو bots لإنشاء حسابات مزيفة.
• تجاوز rate limits أو سرقة resources.

ج. بيانات المرضى

• إضافة بيانات مرضى بدون موافقتهم.
• مشاركة بيانات مرضى خارج فريق العيادة المُصرّح.
• استخدام البيانات لأغراض تسويقية بدون إذن.
• رفع محتوى لا يخص الممارسة الطبية (مثلاً صور غير طبية).
• انتحال شخصية المريض.

د. إساءة استخدام البوت الذكي (AI)

• استخدام البوت لأغراض غير طبية.
• محاولة استخراج بيانات المرضى أو نظام iClinicOS من خلال prompt injection.
• spam المرضى بكمية رسايل مبالغ فيها.
• استخدام البوت لبيع منتجات غير طبية.
• توليد محتوى مضلل، عنصري، أو غير أخلاقي.
• تجاوز حدود الاستخدام المحددة في خطتك.

٣. التحذيرات الطبية (Medical Disclaimers)

• البوت الذكي مش بديل عن الاستشارة الطبية.
• AI Health Insights اقتراحات مساعدة — القرار النهائي للطبيب.
• الروشتات الإلكترونية لها نفس حجية الروشتات الورقية طالما معتمدة من طبيب مُرخّص.
• المنصة مش مُصممة لعلاج أمراض نفسية حادة أو حالات تستدعي تدخل فوري.

٤. قواعد المحتوى

المحتوى اللي ترفعه (صور، ملاحظات، روشتات) لازم يكون:

• طبي ومرتبط بالمريض المعني.
• دقيق وصحيح (مش مُضلّل).
• بدون إساءة أو محتوى غير لائق.
• بصيغ مسموحة (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC) وأحجام معقولة.

٥. حقوق الطرف الثالث

• ممنوع رفع محتوى محمي بحقوق ملكية فكرية بدون إذن.
• ممنوع استخدام شعارات أو علامات تجارية لشركات تانية بطريقة مُضلّلة.

٦. إنفاذ السياسة (Enforcement)

في حالة انتهاك AUP، iClinicOS ممكن تتخذ الإجراءات دي:

1. تحذير: إشعار أول بالانتهاك (في الحالات البسيطة).
2. تعليق مؤقت: إيقاف الحساب لمدة 1-30 يوم.
3. إنهاء دائم: إلغاء الحساب بدون استرداد في الانتهاكات الجسيمة.
4. إبلاغ السلطات: في حالات النشاط الإجرامي أو تهديد المرضى.

٧. الإبلاغ عن الانتهاكات

لو شفت نشاط مخالف:

• Email: abuse@iclinicos.com
• ضمّن: وصف الانتهاك، أدلة (screenshots, links)، ومعلومات الاتصال.
• بنرد خلال 48 ساعة وبنحقق في كل بلاغ.
• هويتك سرية — مش بنشاركها مع الطرف المُبلَّغ عنه.

٨. الطعن على الإجراءات

لو اتعلّق حسابك وتعتقد إنه خطأ:

1. ابعت إيميل لـ appeals@iclinicos.com خلال 14 يوم.
2. وضّح سبب اعتراضك.
3. بنراجع القرار خلال 7 أيام عمل.
4. لو الطعن مقبول، بنعيد الحساب.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Acceptable uses

The platform is designed for legitimate medical contexts:

• Managing patient appointments and bookings.
• Storing and organizing medical records.
• Communicating with patients via AI bot and email.
• Printing and sending official prescriptions.
• Tracking revenue and generating reports.
• Using AI Health Insights as a physician's assistive tool.

2. Prohibited uses

A. Legal & ethical

• Any activity illegal under Egyptian or international law.
• Infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Defamation, fraud, threats, or abuse.
• Using the platform for political or racist purposes.
• Discrimination based on gender, religion, race, or sexual orientation.

B. Security & technical

• Attempting to breach the system or access other accounts.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the system.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• DDoS attempts or service disruption.
• Unauthorized automated data scraping.
• Using scripts or bots to create fake accounts.
• Bypassing rate limits or stealing resources.

C. Patient data

• Adding patient data without their consent.
• Sharing patient data outside the authorized clinic team.
• Using data for marketing without permission.
• Uploading non-medical content (e.g., non-medical images).
• Impersonating a patient.

D. AI bot abuse

• Using the bot for non-medical purposes.
• Attempting to extract patient data or system internals via prompt injection.
• Spamming patients with excessive messages.
• Using the bot to sell non-medical products.
• Generating misleading, racist, or unethical content.
• Exceeding usage limits of your plan.

3. Medical disclaimers

• The AI bot is not a substitute for medical consultation.
• AI Health Insights are assistive suggestions — the final decision is the doctor's.
• Electronic prescriptions have the same validity as paper as long as they're certified by a licensed physician.
• The platform is not designed to treat severe psychiatric conditions or situations requiring immediate intervention.

4. Content rules

Content you upload (images, notes, prescriptions) must be:

• Medical and related to the patient in question.
• Accurate and truthful (not misleading).
• Free of abuse or inappropriate content.
• In allowed formats (PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC) and reasonable sizes.

5. Third-party rights

• Do not upload IP-protected content without permission.
• Do not use other companies' logos or trademarks misleadingly.

6. Enforcement

For AUP violations, iClinicOS may take:

1. Warning: initial notice (minor cases).
2. Temporary suspension: account pause for 1-30 days.
3. Permanent termination: account cancellation without refund for serious violations.
4. Report to authorities: in cases of criminal activity or patient harm.

7. Reporting violations

If you see prohibited activity:

• Email: abuse@iclinicos.com
• Include: description, evidence (screenshots, links), and contact info.
• We respond within 48 hours and investigate every report.
• Your identity is confidential — we don't share it with the reported party.

8. Appeals

If your account was suspended and you believe it's an error:

1. Email appeals@iclinicos.com within 14 days.
2. Explain the reason for your objection.
3. We review within 7 business days.
4. If accepted, we restore the account.
